We came in a group of 14 people. Service was great. Food is an elevated Cantonese food and is excellent. The room was had can see the Victoria harbor and HSBC building. All in all, the service made the biggest impact for me.

Wanting to try Man-Wah dim sum for so long, especially their pastry items. Me & my friend booked for a weekend lunch. The restaurant was 70% full, so highly suggest to book before going. Overall, the food was quite mediocre. Most of the dim sum is not hot enough. The radish cake with XO sauce was a bit oily for my liking. The abalone tart tasted very nice. I will consider going back for the abalone tart & service.

I had an opportunity to visit this restaurant invited to attend 2025 CNY lunch by friends at my past company. It is located at the 25F of Mandarin Oriental at Central. Food: was well made, its a high class place. It was good that I wish the serving was bigger so I can eat more ;) Service: It was really great services, multiple waiters to assist, they made sure the guest were attended promptly. Atmosphere: You will feel the good vibes the moment you get out of elevator and walk towards the entrance. The view was great since its at the 25f floor, you see harbour and other land marks in the area. Over all it was a great place to dine, spend time with other guys in the same industry, it was well worth of the time. I will plan to be back and try other dishes of this restaurant

Man Wah at Mandarin Oriental delivers one of the finest dim sum experiences in Hong Kong. Each piece was exquisitely crafted—delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ambiance blends classic elegance with a stunning skyline view, and the service was flawless. A true five-star dim sum destination. Refined yet deeply comforting.

We decided to try Man Wah because we wanted a taste of cantonese haute-cuisine and we couldn't be more satisfied! We chose a summer special lunch menù which was pricey, but considering the view, the location and the Michelin-star we accepted it :) Besides the superb food, the staff was extremely kind and attentive, which is something we really appreciated. If you "are not on a budget" this is an option I would definitely consider!

We have visited Man Wah several times. The service has been excellent, and the staff are very friendly. I was surprised that the chef reduced the welcome dish to just a small deep-fried dry fish. You can see it in the photo. The other dishes were tasty, but I believe they need to update their regular menu, as it hasn't changed in at least two years. My husband would like some prawns, but they only offer one prawn dish. We did not choose it because it seemed spicy based on the description. The decoration is very nice, but a few mainland customers were quite loud, which negatively affected the atmosphere.

Given the price, we had high expectations, and overall, we weren’t disappointed—but to be honest, we weren’t particularly impressed either. We were initially promised a room with a sea view, but upon arrival we were informed that due to 'technical issues,' it was changed to a table outside (far from the windows), which was a letdown. The service was decent, though it could have been more attentive and friendly. At this price point, there are plenty of other options in Hong Kong, so we’ll likely explore more places before considering a return.
